The Mines Athletics Action and Dinner, an Oredigger tradition since 2002, was held on Saturday, May 20. The 2017 event, themed "Black Tie & Blue Jeans," boasted a fun time had by all 300 supporters in attendance and resulted in raising more than $50,000 for Mines student-athlete scholarships.
Mines Athletics once again created an interactive dinner and auction experience with coaches and athletes in attendance with a wide array of silent auction items (including cabin and outdoor getaways, Rockies tickets, autographed memorabilia, and more) and live auction items (including a Las Vegas getaway, Ohio State Football tickets, Army vs Air Force Football tickets, PING custom golf clubs, Rockies suites, and more).
