GOLDEN, Colo. – The Colorado School of Mines Men's Track and Field team won the program's first RMAC Outdoor Championship Saturday with 201 points while the Oredigger women finished third – the highest finish in program history.

Mines' championship on the men's side completes a Triple Crown sweep of the RMAC championships after the Oredigger men won the cross country and indoor track and field titles. Mines' women led the RMAC Outdoor Championships for two straight days and finished with 106 team points.

For the men,
Triston Sisneros was named the RMAC Men's Athlete of the meet. As a team, the Orediggers finished the three-day event with eight individual champions, 16 First-Team All-RMAC competitors and 23 Second-Team All-RMAC finishers for a total of 47 All-RMAC honorees.

On the final day of competition, Sisneros sealed his top athlete award by winning the 110-meter hurdles and finishing second in the 400-meter hurdles.
Molly Reicher and
Chloe Cook led the Oredigger women, scoring in the 1500-meter run, 800-meter run and 5,000-meter run.

For the men,
Jonathan Roy turned in an individual crown in the 400-meter hurdles while
Elias Limon tied the program record in the 200-meter dash and scored for the Orediggers.
Miller Kettle and
Mason Brevig added to Mines' team score in the 1500-meter run while
Patrick Weaver and
Kevin Thompson did the same in the 800 meters.
Thomas Busath (400-meter hurdles),
Josh Hoskinson (5,000m),
Nick Sevcik (5,000m) and
Luc Hagen (5,000m) all scored for the Orediggers as well.

Brook Eberle and
Megan Wenham added the women's team score with points in the 1500 meters and 5,000 meter as well. Wenham posted the No. 7 time in program history in the 5,000 meters. In the women's hurdles,
Allee Beach scored for Mines and ran the fourth-fastest time in program history while
Kennede Brown did exactly the same in the 100-meter hurdles. The Oredigger women capped their day in the 4x400-meter relay, finishing seventh with the No. 5 time in Mines history.

The Orediggers will compete last-chance meets next weekend, including the Mines Last Chance Sunday as they prep for the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 24-26 in Charlotte, N.C.
