PUEBLO – Visiting Colorado Mines recorded just as many wins but No. 20 CSU-Pueblo held strong on their home mat behind one pin and two major decisions to take a 20-15 victory over the Orediggers in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference dual action on Wednesday evening in Pueblo.

CSM (0-2-0, 0-2-0 RMAC) got decisions from Chad Lousberg (141), Steven Kelly (157), Jordan Larsen (165), Alec Bird (197) and Robert Tucker (285) but the nationally-ranked Thunderwolves got a pin from fifth-ranked Jesse Hillhouse (133) and major decisions from Tim Urenda (125) and Adam Carey (184) to take the five-point victory.

The Orediggers won four of the last six matches of the night, but could not overcome a 10-0 deficit after the first two matches.

CSM will return to action on Saturday when they take part in a double dual against Northwest Kansas Technical College and Colby Community College in Goodland, Texas.
