About Us
Mines Cheer is both a competitive and game-day oriented squad. With opportunities to cheer on a nationally ranked Division II football program and compete among the top talent in cheerleading, Mines Cheer offers the best of both worlds while prioritizing the academic success of each student. In 2027, the team will compete in the Small Coed division at NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are an integral part of Mines Athletics and dedicate our energy to supporting the Colorado School of Mines and the greater Golden community.
Our team is made up of up to 30 members, including both coed partners and multi-base groups. Mines Cheer is coached by Kat Hrisopoulos.
