In a rematch of last weekend's contests, Mines will take on Adams State and Fort Lewis again – this time on the road.

LAST WEEKEND REWIND
Mines earned a decisive 4-1 victory over Adams State and pulled off a gutty 2-2 draw last weekend at home in Stermole Soccer Stadium. First, the Orediggers had massive 29-3 shot differential and got goals from four different players to blow past the visiting Grizzlies. Then against Fort Lewis, Mines had to overcome playing a man down and a 2-1 deficit to force a draw with the Skyhawks. Trevor Amann's goal in the 82' was the equalizer.

IN THE STANDINGS
With four matches remaining, salvaging that draw against Fort Lewis was huge because it allowed Mines to stay ahead of them in the RMAC standings. While Colorado Mesa (28 points) and Regis (25 points) remain the top two teams, the battle for third place remains very intense. UCCS, with 21 points, is one point ahead of Mines. MSU Denver and Fort Lewis sit in a tie for fifth with 19 points each. Two wins this weekend - or one win combined with a CSU-Pueblo loss - would clinch one of the six RMAC Tournament berths for Mines.

STATISTICAL RANKINGS
The Orediggers remain as the RMAC's top scoring club with 2.333 goals per game for the season. With a 0.87 goals against average, Mines also has the second highest margin of victory at 1.46.

BREAKOUT FRESHMAN
Trevor Amann continues to be one of the league's top goal scorers with an impressive team-leading nine on the season. The Westminster, Colo. native is third in the league in goals scored and in points (19). His latest goal was the equalizer in Mines' courageous comeback to earn a draw with Fort Lewis this past Sunday.

THE ASSIST MEN
Mines has an impressive four different players with at least four assists this season. Nikolaus Grotz leads the way with six while defender Ryan Blarr is one behind him with five. Both John Haist and Jackson Shelledy each have four on the season. Those four Orediggers have assisted on 61% of the 31 goals scored this season by Mines.

THE SERIES
Mines holds a commanding 11-1 lead in the all-time series against the Grizzlies. Fort Lewis is one of the few RMAC opponents that Mines doesn't hold the lead against as they trail the all-time series, 17-28-8.

SCOUTING ADAMS/FORT LEWIS
Splitting last weekend's matches, Adams State enters the weekend with a 5-9 overall record and a 2-8 mark in the RMAC. After losing to the Orediggers last Friday night, ASU bounced back with a 3-2 victory at CCU. Symon Fabbricatore is by far and away the team's top offensive option with 14 points (5G, 4A). Austin Baumeister concedes 2.31 goals per game while making saves at a .667 clip.

Fort Lewis continues to be only one point behind Mines in the RMAC standings with a 6-3-1 league record and a 7-6-1 overall mark. While going on the road is never easy, the Orediggers will face a Skyhawks team that is only 2-4 at home in Durango. Churchill Onumonu has a team-leading six goals while Salifu Jatta has six assists.
