United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Teams

KANSAS CITY - Days after earning regional honors, Colorado School of Mines midfielder Nicole LaTourette has been named to the United Soccer Coaches' Scholar All-America Third Team.

LaTourette appears on the national team for the first time in her career after two straight regional honors. She wrapped up a standout career earning both United Soccer Coaches and D2CCA All-Region honors in 2019 after leading Mines in points and goals. LaTourette scored 10 goals, five assists, and 25 points, and struck three gamewinners this season. She earned First-Team All-RMAC and CoSIDA Academic All-District honors as her senior season cemented her as one of Mines' top all-time offensive players with 27 career goals and 65 points, which both rank in the top five in program history.

A mechanical engineering major with a 3.75 GPA, LaTourette was a two-time Academic All-District selection in her career along with a three-time RMAC All-Academic selection including a first-team nod in 2019.
