GOLDEN, Colo. – Colorado School of Mines head men's soccer coach
Greg Mulholland unveiled his first seven commits as part of the Orediggers' 2018-19 recruiting class.
The group of seven hails from five states with seven high schools and seven clubs represented. Included in the class are representatives from New Mexico, Texas, Hawaii, Oregon and of course Colorado. In regards to personnel, Mulholland addressed all areas of the pitch with two forwards, four potential midfielders, three potential defenders and a goalkeeper. All seven freshly-minted Orediggers will arrive in Golden fall of 2019 as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Claimed two varsity letters playing soccer at Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas … Named Honorable Mention All-District … Tabbed team captain for boys varsity soccer in 2018-19 … Claimed defensive MVP honors at the 2018 Allen Eagles Soccer Showcase … Played club ball for a trio of teams including FC Dallas, Dallas Texans and most recently Sporting United SC … Helped his club team to the Dallas Cup XXXVII Finals … Guided team to three Dallas Cup quarterfinal appearances … Competed at the Copa Chivas International in 2014 and 2016 … Claimed 2018 North Texas State Cup title … Member of 2018 Southern Regional Championship quarterfinals squad … Academically ranked in top six percent of graduating class … Member of the National Honor Society and French National Honor Society … Plans to major in civil engineering at Mines.
