#14 Mines Routs CCU, 6-0

GOLDEN, Colo. - The goals came fast and furious for #14 Colorado School of Mines as they blasted Colorado Christian 6-0 at Stermole Stadium.

Talon Stanley scored twice and Azad Iliozer scored and assisted another to lead the offensive outpouring for the Orediggers (3-0-0, 3-0-0 RMAC), who outshot the Cougars (4-4-0, 0-3-0 RMAC) by a healthy 21-5 margin.

Ryan Wilson also created twice as Connor van Loveren and Kagan Giltinan scored with Tristan Semelsberger converting from the penalty spot.

Stanley got things going in the 15th minute with a rocket from the top of the box to make it 1-0, and Iliozer finished an outstanding long pass into the box by Wilson to make it 2-0 in the 42nd minute.

Stanley made it two with his 49th-minute finish of another Wilson cross, and Eric Boone drew a penalty in the 66th minute that Semelsberger converted to lead 4-0. van Loveren hit just two minutes later on a terrific build-up on assists by Baptiste Debuire and Iliozer, and Giltinan punctuated the win with a finish inside the box at 88:22.
