2024 Softball Schedule
 
GOLDEN, Colo. – 30 days out from opening day, head softball coach Mike Coutts has unveiled the 53-game schedule that awaits the Colorado School of Mines softball team for the 2024 season. This year's slate includes 20 home games at Joe Coors, Jr. Softball Field, non-conference trips to Florida and Kansas and 12 road games in and around the Denver metro area.
 
Like they did last season, the Orediggers will begin their schedule with a trip to the Sunshine State with opening day set for Friday February 9 against Palm Beach Atlantic followed by matchups with 2023 NCAA Tournament team Nova Southeastern and Barry the next two days for a total of six games during the trip.
 
Mines will open play at home with their RMAC-opening series against Chadron State on February 17-18 before turning right back around and heading to Grand Junction to take on Colorado Mesa February 24-25.
 
As the calendar turns to March, the Orediggers host New Mexico Highlands on the first weekend of the month followed by an 11-game stretch away from home, making the short trips over to Colorado Christian March 9-10 and Regis March 16-17 before closing non-conference play against Fort Hays State in a three-game series March 19-20 over spring break.
 
Mines will return home March 23-24 to host Fort Lewis and will close the month with a trip up to Spearfish to take on Black Hills State the following weekend followed by a trip to CSU Pueblo the first weekend of April.
 
The following weekend April 13-14 the Orediggers are set to host UCCS before heading downtown for the final road series of the year against MSU Denver April 21-22 and will close the regular season at home April 26-27 against Adams State.
 
Mines went 25-26 overall and 24-16 in RMAC play to advance to the conference tournament for the second time in the last three seasons and return Second Team All-RMAC pitcher Sadriena Rodriguez and Honorable Mention selections Kendall Aragon and Kayleigh Krueger.
