PUEBLO, Colo. -
Ethan Adam and Lukas Taggart are in the top 20 through 36 holes as Colorado School of Mines started play at the Southern Colorado Masters at Pueblo Country Club on Monday.

Scores soared on Monday, especially in the afternoon, as the field battled windy conditions, and Mines carded rounds of 290-300 to be +22 in fourth place. The host CSU Pueblo leads at +3 with Colorado Christian at +5 and Colorado Mesa at +13.

Adam had a consistent 72-74 day to be the top Oredigger on the leaderboard at +4, tied for 14th. Taggart had an even-par 71 in the morning and 77 after lunch to be T19 (+6), while Max Lange, Jake Welch, and Theodore Reitter are all tied for 27th at +8.
