GOLDEN, Colo. - A cold and wet forecast for this weekend has caused Colorado School of Mines track & field to modify the schedule for the Kit Mayer Classic.

Originally set to be hosted at Stermole Track on Friday and Saturday, the meet has been condensed to a one-day schedule on Friday. The track program will start with the women's 10,000m at 9 a.m. and run through the early afternoon, while field events start at 10 a.m. with the hammer. Should the weather dictate, the high jump and pole vault (both 3 p.m.) will be contested inside Steinhauer Fieldhouse.

Live results of the meet will be available at minesathletics.com/tracklive. Streaming will not be available due to the weather and schedule change.
