COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado School of Mines thrower Holden Murphy is the RMAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week after another record-setting weight throw performance last weekend.

Murphy broke the program weight throw record for a second consecutive weekend, hitting 19.69m to win the event at the UCCS Invite. That ranks as the RMAC's #1 mark of the season and is currently #7 in NCAA Division II.

Murphy, a graduate transfer from Loras College, now owns four of the five longest throws in program history through the first half of the indoor season, all over 19 meters.

Mines is back in action Friday as they start the two-day Winter Classic & Multi at Steinhauer Fieldhouse.
