HAYS, Kan. – A pair of team titles were yielded Saturday morning by the #1-ranked Colorado School of Mines men's and women's cross country teams at the FHSU Tiger Open hosted by Fort Hays State.

The Orediggers totaled 59 points to win the men's 8K race. All five of Mines' scorers finished in the top-25 including three inside the top-10. The Oredigger women dominated the 5K event with 43 points, taking down Adams State once again. Mines' top five runners in the women's race were in the top-20. Individually, Cody Wyman led the men, crossing sixth in 24:16.5. Gabi Boeckman was tops for the women, also taking sixth with a time of 17:58.5. Saturday marked Mines' final race of the regular season and a second straight sweep of the men's and women's titles after both squads won the Lucian Rosa Invite in Wisconsin last month.

That group made up Mines' scorers. Avary Catchings and Chloe Savoy displaced for the Orediggers in 23rd, and 29th, respectively.
