USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Cross Country National Coaches' Poll

NEW ORLEANS – Oredigger cross country stayed #1 in the nation this week with the men and women both topping the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association's (USTFCCCA) NCAA DII National Coaches' Polls.

The announcement marks back-to-back weeks with Mines' men and women both at #1. The Orediggers maintained their standings after a successful trip over the weekend to Hays, Kan., for the FHSU Tiger Open hosted by Fort Hays State. Mines flexed its youth and depth on the way to both team titles. Cody Wyman led the men by finishing sixth overall. Gabi Boeckman was tops for the women, also finishing sixth.

There was minimal movement for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in either poll. The men's list included #3 Adams State, #6 Colorado Christian, #10 Western Colorado, #13 UCCS, and #21 Fort Lewis. The women's rankings featured #4 Adams State, #7 Western Colorado, #8 UCCS, #14 Colorado Mesa, #19 CSU Pueblo, and #26 Fort Lewis. Notable movement in the women's polls came from Colorado Mesa rising 14 spots, Fort Lewis dropping 15 places, and Colorado Christian completely dropping out.

Mines begins postseason racing on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the 2025 RMAC Cross Country Championships in Colorado Springs. A full preview will be released on Friday at www.minesathletics.com.
