2024-25 RMAC Women's Basketball Academic Teams

COLORADO SPRINGS –
The Colorado School of Mines Women's Basketball duo of Jenna Siebert and Emma Sixta earned RMAC First-Team All-Academic distinction on Wednesday with three other Orediggers appearing on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

Siebert and Sixta both earned the first RMAC First-Team All-Academic awards of their respective careers. Audrey Beaty, Isa Hensley, and Jessica Rios made up the Oredigger trio on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll. Siebert and Sixta were voted to the top squad by the league's sports information directors. Baseline requirements for first-team eligibility included a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50, or better, combined with on-court performance. Honor roll members required a cumulative GPA of least 3.30 with at least two consecutive semesters at the institution while using a season of eligibility. Colorado Mesa's Olivia Reed Thyne earned her second straight RMAC Academic Player of the Year award as the top individual vote-getter among all nominees.

Mines' 2024-25 campaign closed in the regular-season finale with a loss to CSU Pueblo. The Orediggers posted an overall record of 12-16 while going 10-10 in RMAC play. That tied Mines with Regis for #8 in the conference standings. Additional postseason awards for the Oredigger women will be announced at www.minesathletics.com and on social media.
