BUCKEYE, Ariz. - Colorado School of Mines was the second round's biggest mover, recording the only under-par team round of the day at The Stack Cougar-Burro Collegiate at Verrado Golf Club.

The Orediggers were one-under at 287 on Monday, moving up five places to sixth on the leaderboard at +20 overall. Mines is in a crowded field behind leader #1 Colorado Christian (-11 overall, E in round 2), with six teams piled up between +17 and +21. 

Leading the charge were three Orediggers in the red as Lucas Schulte, Max Lange, and Lukas Taggart all shot under par in the second round. Schulte continued his hot play with a three-under 69, spreading six birdies through his round to rise to a tie for 10th place. Lange was one-under at 71 to move up to T22 at +5, while Taggart started his day with an eagle on the way to a 71, ending the day +8 and tied for 35th in the tournament.

Carter Lolli was Mines' fourth score with a 76 (+4) as he stands 54th at +11; Colt Tenpenny's 77 was the non-counting score as he is tied for 45th at +9. 

CCU's Adam Duncan continues to lead the field at -3 with Colorado Mesa's Cole Beyer second at -4. 

Tuesday's final round shifts to the Golf Club of Estrella for a 7:30 a.m. MST start.
