GOLDEN, Colo. - A wet and wintry forecast for the weekend has caused Colorado School of Mines track & field to change up the schedule.

Instead of hosting the Pre-Conference Meet on Friday and Saturday, the Orediggers will instead host the newly-named Mines Midweek Meet #2 on Thursday, April 17. The condensed one-day meet is tentatively scheduled for a 9:30 a.m. start on the track with field events going at 10 a.m.; high jump and pole vault may be contested in Steinhauer Fieldhouse should weather conditions warrant. The preliminary schedule can be seen here.

Live results will be available at minesathletics.com/tracklive. Due to the weather forecast the meet will not be streamed on the RMAC Network.

Part of the Orediggers' squad is also set to compete at the Bryan Clay Invite in California on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as previously scheduled.
