BOULDER CITY, Nev. -
Colorado School of Mines attacked Boulder Creek Golf Course to go 15 under par on Monday, staying in second place through two rounds as they contend for the 2025 RMAC Championship.

The Orediggers hung tough as #1 Colorado Christian - a team that has not been defeated this year as the defending national champion - built a lead through their early tee times with a -21 day to get to -33 overall. Entering the day at -11, Mines went even lower on Monday at -15, the program's lowest to-par team performance since 2013, and at -26 they trail CCU by seven shots heading into the final round. CSU Pueblo (-12) trails Mines in third.

Lolli was simply fantastic in his second round, carding six birdies among 18 bogey-free holes of golf to shoot a career-low 66 at -6, moving him up six spots to a tie for fourth place. It marked his career-best round by two strokes.

Max Lange is sixth through 36 holes at -7, carding a four-under 68, while Lukas Taggart was one of the biggest leaderboard risers on the day with his four-under 68, moving up 10th spots into a tie for 10th. Lucas Schulte shot 71 to move to -4 and a tie for seventh, while Colt Tenpenny was Monday's non-scorer with an even-par 72 to be -3 and tied with Taggart for 10th.

Mines' -15 day was its best since the 2013 Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational when they were -16 in the second round. Mines compiled a stroke score of 273 on the day. Scoring was plentiful as two Orediggers - Lucas Schulte and Colt Tenpenny - had eagles and Mines topped the field in par-3 average (3.0) and fewest over-par holes (23).

CCU's Sangha Park leads the individual field by five shots (-15) over teammate Sungyeop Cho, with Fort Lewis' Jordan Jennings at -9 a stroke ahead of Lolli.

Final-round tee times start at 8:12 a.m. PT on Tuesday for the Orediggers, who will be paired with CCU and CSU Pueblo.
