Colorado School of Mines Club Rugby – IM North Field
Colorado School of Mines Club Sports looks forward to hosting this weekend's games at IM North Field. Please read this in detail as it contains important information regarding policies, parking, and other frequently asked questions.
Facility Policies
Facility policies exist to keep spectators, fans, coaches, officials, and student-athletes safe. Anyone present at games, in any capacity, is expected to follow all policies. Failure to follow facility policies may result in removal from the facility.
- No spectators or fans may enter the field area. Spectators are required to remain behind the ropes on the west end of the facility.
- Alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs are not allowed. Anyone under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs will be removed from the premises.
- Glass containers are not allowed.
- Dogs are not allowed, except for service dogs. Documentation for service dogs must be shown when asked. Any dogs present must remain on leashes, supervised, on the hill above the west side of the field.
- In the event of inclement weather, all spectators, fans, coaches, officials, and student-athletes must follow the directions of Club Sports staff.
- Field will open at 9:30am; game time 10:30am; game end 12:30pm; field cleared/teams gone 12:45pm.
Parking
On the parking map above, the closest parking lot can be found in pink at D2/3. IM North Field can be found in light blue at E2/3.
Visitor parking at Colorado School of Mines is paid Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. This includes holidays and school breaks. Follow all parking signs.
The closest parking lot to the IM North Field is Lot D.
- Lot D is located along Elm Street across from the Student Recreation Center. When entering from 19th Street, turn onto Elm Street and the parking lot will be on your left.

Sportsmanship Policy
The following sportsmanship policy will be enforced by Club Sports staff and officials. This policy applies to all fans, spectators, coaches, and student-athletes.
Colorado School of Mines Club Sports believes good sportsmanship is an integral component of intercollegiate competition. We wholeheartedly embrace the position that, in order for sportsmanship to prevail, coaches, student-athletes, and fans must display respect, fairness, civility, honesty, and responsibility before, during, and after all athletic contests. We encourage fans to enthusiastically support their team, recognize the outstanding performance of opponents, and always exhibit good sportsmanship in their words and actions.
Colorado School of Mines Club Sports is committed to holding competitions in a safe environment free from bullying. Offensive language including profanity, derogatory remarks around a person's race, ethnicity, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, national origin, veteran status, social economic class, religion, or professional status, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, event staff, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the competition site.
