The Mines Men's Club Soccer team kicked off its 2025 season on Saturday, September 6, with a home match against CU Boulder. In a tightly contested game, both sides traded scoring chances but neither team was able to find the back of the net, resulting in a 0–0 draw.
Despite the lack of goals, the Orediggers showed strong organization on both ends of the pitch, with several key defensive stops and promising attacking opportunities. The match provided a competitive start to the year and set a positive tone for the season ahead.
The team enjoyed great weather and strong support from fans, making for an exciting opening weekend in Golden.
