GOLDEN, Colo. — The Colorado School of Mines Ice Hockey team returns to Apex Ice Arena this weekend for a two-game home series against Arizona State, with matchups scheduled for Friday, January 30 at 9:15 p.m. and Saturday, January 31 at 8:00 p.m.
The weekend marks an important stretch of the spring semester slate, as the Orediggers look to build momentum in front of the home crowd against a competitive Arizona State squad.
Friday Night Opener
The series begins Friday night with a late puck drop at Apex Ice Arena. Mines will look to set the tone early in the weekend, focusing on pace, physicality, and disciplined play as the two teams meet for the first time this spring.
Senior Night – Saturday, January 31
Saturday's game will serve as Senior Night, as Mines Ice Hockey honors its graduating seniors prior to puck drop. The ceremony will recognize the contributions and careers of seven seniors who have played key roles in the program's growth and success.

Saturday night will celebrate the seniors' dedication and impact on Mines Ice Hockey, both on and off the ice, as the Orediggers take on Arizona State in a key spring matchup.
