The Colorado School of Mines Men's Club Ice Hockey team returns to the ice this weekend for a two-game home series against Grand Canyon University, with both contests set to be played at Edge Ice Arena in Littleton.
The Orediggers will open the series on Friday, Feb. 13, at 10:15 p.m., before closing the weekend on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 8:00 p.m. The back-to-back games mark an important stretch of ACHA play as Mines continues to push through the heart of its conference schedule.
With consecutive games on home ice, the Orediggers will aim to use familiarity with the rink and weekend momentum to their advantage. Consistency across all three periods will be key as Mines looks to put together complete performances against a tough opponent.
Puck drop is scheduled for 10:15 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at Edge Ice Arena. Fans are encouraged to come out and support the Orediggers for a full weekend of hockey
