Mines Tennis B side had an eventful Valentine's Day weekend, competing in five contests, facing a strong field of opponents, and showing resilience as the tournament progressed.

They opened play Friday morning against Boise State University, falling 17–27 in a competitive matchup. Later that afternoon, they faced Colorado State University and came up short, 10–30. In their final contest of the day, they took on Brigham Young University and battled throughout before dropping the game 12–25.

The team responded well on Saturday. In the morning matchup they earned a narrow 22–19 victory over University of Colorado Colorado Springs in a tightly contested game. They closed out the weekend with another strong performance, defeating Weber State University 24–20.

The group finished the weekend with a 2–3 record, demonstrating growth and perseverance against quality competition. Additionally, the team captured their bracket title, adding a notable highlight to the weekend's results.
