The Colorado School of Mines Women's Club Lacrosse traveled to face University of Denver Women's Lacrosse on March 14, falling 17–3 in a road matchup in Denver.

Despite the result, the Orediggers continued to compete hard throughout the contest against a strong Denver squad. Mines looked to generate offensive opportunities and maintain possession while facing consistent pressure from the Pioneer defense.

Freshman Adleigh Hagestad and sophomore Rory Connor highlighted the Mines attack with several strong scoring chances during the game. Both players delivered quality shots on goal, creating key offensive moments for the Orediggers.

Defensively, Mines worked to limit Denver's scoring opportunities and battled through a fast-paced game as the Pioneers maintained pressure throughout the matchup. The experience against a competitive opponent provided valuable opportunities for the Orediggers to continue developing as the season progresses.

The Orediggers now turn their focus to upcoming games as they continue building momentum and gaining experience heading deeper into the spring schedule.
