COLORADO SPRINGS - Academic Athlete of the Year
Emily LaMena leads 42 Colorado School of Mines track & field student-athletes on the 2026 RMAC All-Academic teams announced this week.
LaMena earned the top women's academic award in the conference as 10 Orediggers - six men and four women - were named First-Team Academic All-RMAC, while 32 more were named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.
