Orediggers Push To Second Through 36 Holes

SHERIDAN, Wyo.
- Colorado School of Mines made a move up the leaderboard to second led by Liam Allan and Davis Kushner in the second round of the Travis Roy Memorial at Powder Horn.

The Orediggers went three shots lower than Sunday's first round with an even-par 288 team score, inching up one spot to second a stroke ahead of #22 Colorado Mesa. #18 Colorado Christian went low at -9 for the day to take a 10-shot lead over the Orediggers.

Allan led the charge with a three-under 69 highlighted by an eagle on the 564-yard par-3 third, vaulting into sixth place at even par for the tournament. Kushner, the co-leader after 18 holes, slipped two spots to third with a steady 73, and he stands at -2 overall. Giacomo Gaggero bounced back from an opening-round 81 to shoot an even-par 72, and he was one of the day's biggest leaderboard movers up 24 spots to T36 at +9 overall. Zach Shallat was Monday's fourth counting scorer with a 74, putting him in a tie for 19th at +5.

Mitch Stock's 78 and Enzo Martínez's 79 were the non-counting scorers as Martínez is now T27 (+7) and Stock T50 (+12). 

CCU's Jude Robbins leads the individual field at -8 followed by West Texas A&M's Carlos Mortera (-3), with Kushner third at -2.

Play will wrap up Tuesday morning, with tee times still being set as of Monday evening. Fans can check in with live scoring on Scoreboard for the latest groups.
