Mines Club Ice Hockey is back in action this weekend as the Orediggers host Creighton University for a two-game ACHA series at Apex Ice Arena in Arvada.

The weekend series begins Friday, Sept. 18, with puck drop scheduled for 9 p.m. Mines and Creighton will meet again Saturday night at 8 p.m. to close out the weekend.

With two games on back-to-back nights, the Orediggers will have to stay consistent throughout the series and make adjustments from one game to the next. The series will give Mines an opportunity to build momentum, strengthen its team chemistry, and continue competing against ACHA opponents.

Friday's matchup will open a busy weekend of hockey at Apex Ice Arena, with the Orediggers looking to set the tone early and carry that energy into Saturday's rematch.

Mines and Creighton have faced each other previously, with the Orediggers looking to add another chapter to the matchup when the teams meet Friday night.
