Mines Club Ice Hockey is back in action this weekend with a two-game series against Colorado State University.

The Orediggers will open the series Friday, Sept. 25, at 9 p.m. at Apex Ice Arena in Arvada. Mines will look to start the weekend strong as the team returns to action against the Rams.

The series continues Saturday, Sept. 26, when Mines travels to Fort Collins for a 2:45 p.m. matchup at Edora Pool and Ice Complex. With less than 24 hours between games, the Orediggers will need to quickly reset and bring the same intensity into the second game of the weekend.

The back-to-back matchups will give Mines an opportunity to compete against Colorado State twice while continuing to build consistency as the season progresses. The Orediggers will look to establish their pace, create offensive opportunities, and stay disciplined throughout both games.

Mines opens the series against Colorado State at 9 p.m. Friday at Apex Ice Arena before traveling to Fort Collins for Saturday's 2:45 p.m. matchup.
