Appeared in 22 games with four starts ... Closed the year hitting .194 with five runs on six hits including three doubles leading to five RBI ... Also walked three times and hit one sacrifice fly ... Went 1-for-4 with one run, two RBI, and one double on Feb. 12 at #21 Cal Poly Pomona ... Was also 1-for-3 with one run, one RBI, and a double on Feb. 18 at Cal State. L.A. ... Came off the bench and went 1-for-1 on three different occasions ... One of his days batting 1.000 was April 8 at Adams State and the hit was a two-run double ... Also notable were two runs against New Mexico Highlands on April 1 ... On defense, committed zero errors for a 1.000 fielding percentage on four chances with seven assists.

2022: RMAC Academic Honor Roll ... Worked mostly at first base for Mines, appearing in 34 out of 52 games with 19 starts ... Finished the spring batting .269 with 14 runs and 11 RBI on four doubles and one home run ... Committed just three errors in 133 chances in the field ... Also walked five times and was hit four more ... Hit his first collegiate home run at MSU Denver on March 5, finishing 1-for-3 with one run and two RBI ... Top performance of the season arguably came at Fort Hays State on Feb. 6 when he went 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI with one double ... Notable as well was his pinch-hit performance against UCCS on April 3 when he swung the bat once and hit a two-run, walk-off single ... Another three-hit outing came at UCCS on May 7 and resulted in one run on three hits including one double in five at-bats ... For the season, notched five multi-hit games, four multi-RBI outings and put together a five-game hitting streak.

2021: Utility player for Mines who turned into the Orediggers' starting first baseman and came out of the bullpen five times ... At the plate, closed the season hitting .412 with six runs on 14 hits including three doubles and five RBI ... On the mound, produced a record of 1-0 with a 15.63 ERA while striking out seven batters in 6.1 innings ... Collegiate debut came on the mound at #5-ranked Colorado Mesa on March 13 where he struck out four batters in 2.0 innings while surrendering three runs on three hits ... First college win on the mound was at Regis on May 5 where he tossed 0.2 innings of one-hit, shutout baseball with two strikeouts ... Top pitching performance of the season was 2.1 innings of two-hit, shutout baseball at UCCS on March 28 ... First collegiate at-bat was at #5-ranked Colorado Mesa on March 14 ... Notched his first collegiate hit in his top offensive performance of the year as he went 4-for-4 with two runs and three RBI wit ha double at Colorado Christian on April 2.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport athlete at Mead High School with action in baseball and football … Played infield, outfield and pitched for the baseball team while lining up at quarterback for the football team … Earned three varsity letters in each sport … Played club ball for the Mile High Collegiate League where he hit .385 with three home runs … Earned Academic All-State honors twice with an All-Conference nod once … Also played for Thunder Academy … Academically earned honors every semester and scored a 1300 on his SAT … Member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Year Book and FCA … Related to Mines wrestler Connor Ventura … Majoring in computer science at Mines.
