Outdoor Track & Field - USTFCCCA Second-Team All-America in the 10,000m … USTFCCCA All-Region in the 10K … Placed ninth in the 10K at NCAAs in 29:56 … One of only 11 Orediggers to end his career with six or more all-America honors … Also ran the 5K during the season with a 15:13.49 season-best at the Mines Last Chance #1.

2015-16: Indoor Track & Field – USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in 5000m… USTFCCCA All-South Central Region… had pair of runner-up finishes… took second in 5000m CSM Alumni Classic in time of 15:01.81… took second in the 3000m at the CSM DII Invite in time of 8:30.66… best time in 5000m of 14:30.27 came at GVSU Big Meet which seventh-best in program history… ran program’s ninth fastest time of 8:29.44 in the 3000m at the RMAC Championships. Outdoor Track & Field – USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in 10000m…  USTFCCCA All-South Central Region… competed in only three meets… ran second fastest time in program history in the 10000m with a time of 29:37.83 at the Mt. Sac Relays… ran a 15:02.20 in the 5000m to place eighth at the RMAC Championships.

2014-15: Indoor Track & Field – Timed fourth in 5000 (15:53.93) and 17th in 3000 (9:16.42) during conference meet...Opened third in Joe Davies Open 5000 in 15:34.09...Second Team All-RMAC (5000). Outdoor Track & Field – USTFCCCA All-American, All-South Central Region and Second Team All-RMAC in 10,000...Yielded provisional in all four 10,000 starts...Sprinted to eighth in national championship debut in 30:20.86...Raced third at RMAC races (31:26.24); third at Kit Mayer Memorial Open (31:18.08) and ninth at Mt. SAC Relays (30:14.25).

2013-14: Indoor Track & Field – Ran top-15 in all four races, including fourth in 3000 (8:57.31) at Birds and Bees Invitational...Sat seventh in mile (4:34.81) at CSM Twilight Open and 11th in 3000 at both Joe Davies Open (9:14.97) and RMAC Championships (9:16.49). Outdoor Track & Field – Ranked fourth in 5000 at CSM Last Chance Meet (15:44.73) and sixth at CSM Pre-Conference Open (16:12.42).

High School: Lettered three years in cross country (2009-11) and two in track and field (2011-12)...Two-time Class 3A All-Metro League cross country selection (2010-11), leading team to regional championship and sixth place at CHSAA State Championships in 2011...School record-holder in 1600 (4:32.63) and 3200 (10:12).
