2018: RMAC First-Team All-Academic ... RMAC Pitcher of the Week (3/6) ... Made 11 starts on the mound in 11 appearances for Mines ... Finished the season 6-4 with a 6.71 earned-run average ... Recorded 42 strikeouts in 52.1 innings of work ... Opened the season with a record of 5-0 in the first five starts of his career ... Tossed 7.1 innings of one-run, five-hit baseball with eight strikeouts against Colorado Christian (4/20) ... First win of the season came behind 5.0 innings with just three hits and no runs in a combined shutout of Central Missouri (2/4).

2017: RMAC Academic Honor Roll member … Made five pitching appearances, notching a 2.45 ERA and 1-1 record in 7.1 innings of work … Struck out seven … Made 16 appearances in the outfield … Had eight plate appearances, recording one hit … Scored three runs and drove in three RBI.

2016: RMAC Academic Honor Roll… made 10 starts in 29 appearances… in 33 at bats, posted a .273 batting average with nine hits, a triple, a homerun and 12 RBI… scored six runs… hit a two-RBI homerun in a 5-2 victory over Angelo State (2/27)… had a monster five-RBI game in a 13-7 win over NM Highlands (4/3)… had a two-RBI single and a three-RBI triple in the contest… posted multi-RBI in three straight appearances (2/20-28)… made one appearance on the mound… pitched 2/3 of a scoreless inning in a 4-1 victory over Arkansas-Fort Smith (2/25).

High School: Burman earned three letters in baseball, three in football and one in basketball as a prep at Laramie High School. He hit .403 with a .491 on-base percentage as a junior while totaling 71 hits and 32 stolen bases for LHS head coach Rich Wilson. He was named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State while also earning Co-Pitcher of the Year honors. He also earned a Second Team All-Conference selection in football. He earned the Academic Excellence Award three separate years, is a member of the Spanish Honor Society and the National Honor Society, and is current ranked No. 1 of 248 students while maintaining a 4.0 grade point averageat LHS. His father, Thomas Burman, is the Director of Athletics at the University of Wyoming. He plans to major in Civil Engineering.
