2021: Team co-captain … Earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in May 2022 ... Honorable Mention All-RMAC … Started all 14 games at safety, compiling 39 total tackles with 1.0 for a loss and seven pass break-ups … Led Mines with six total turnovers including a team-leading four interceptions, a fumble recovery, and a forced fumble … Had two interceptions in the NCAA Second Round against Bemidji State, and also had picks against West Texas A&M and Chadron State … Top tackle production game was a nine-stop day at CSU Pueblo … Also forced and recovered a fumble at West Texas A&M.

2019: Honorable Mention All-RMAC … Started all 13 games at strong safety … Mines’ tackles leader with 76 … Had 33 solo stops and 43 assists … Made three tackles for a loss … Snared a team-best four interceptions and broke up five more passes … Had picks against CSU-Pueblo, New Mexico Highlands, Azusa Pacific, and Dixie State … Top tackle production games came against Sioux Falls (10) in the NCAA First Round and Dixie State (9) in the regular season … Made eight or more tackles four times … Also split time with Sean O’Dell in returning punts, taking 10 back for a 10.1 yard average.

2018: Appeared in all 12 games at safety and special teams … Made 27 tackles with three breakups and an interception … Had the pick in his Mines debut against Adams State … Had a career-high five tackles at Dixie State.

2017: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete at Plainview (Okla.) ... Played safety and quarterback ... Also played basketball and ran track ... Plainview was the 2016 Oklahoma state runner-up in football ... VYPE Top 100 player ... District 3A-4 MVP ... Ardmoriete MVP ... Led Plainview to the 2015 and 2016 track state championships ... Individually was the 2016 state long jump silver medalist ... National Honor Society member.
