Mines set a single-season record for rushing yards at 3,269 and had top team rushing games of 440, 400, and 395 yards, including six games of 275+ yards with a 1,000-yard rusher in Michael Zeman.

Preseason All-RMAC … NFFCC Honorable Mention Academic All-Colorado … Started all 12 games, 11 at right tackle and once at center … Helped produce NCAA Division II's #1 total offense (556.8 yards per game) while blocking for 1,600-yard rusher Cameron Mayberry and holding opponents to just 1.5 sacks allowed per game (40th in D-II) and 4.46 tackles for loss per game (18th in D-II).

2017: Second-Team All-RMAC … RMAC Academic Honor Roll member … NFFCC Honorable Mention Academic All-Colorado ... Started all 11 games at center … Helped produce NCAA Division II's #10-ranked rushing offense (245.6 yards per game) ... Mines ran for 300+ yards four times including 450+ twice ... Mines allowed only 16 sacks in 11 games, including just one in the final three weeks ... Blocked for All-American Cameron Mayberry, who rushed for 1,563 yards ... Mines had 32 touchdowns on the ground.

2016: NFFCC First-Team Academic All-Colorado ... RMAC Academic Honor Roll member ... Named Mines' Newcomer of the Year … Thrust into a starting role at center as a redshirt freshman and started 11 times in 13 appearances … Key component of one of the nation’s best offensive lines … Helped Mines produce NCAA D-II’s #1 total offense and #2 passing offense protecting Harlon Hill winner Justin Dvorak and 1,000-yard rusher Sam Seeton … Mines allowed only 18 sacks in 525 passing downs and was fourth in NCAA D-II in fewest tackles for loss allowed … Mines averaged 5.2 yards per rushing attempt and 207 yards per game, including two of the three highest-yardage games in program history (446 at Black Hills State and 405 at Southwest Baptist).
