2015: Captain … Mines Defensive MVP … Tom Mead Spirit Award recipient … RMAC Defensive Player of the Week (9/21) … Starting inside linebacker … Led the team with 71 tackles … Had 7.0 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack … Picked off a pair of interceptions with 49 return yards … Also forced a fumble … Recorded a career game against Chadron, racking up 13 tackles with a sack and snagging both of his interceptions, including one at the end of the fourth quarter to seal the win.

2014: Played in all 12 games at linebacker … Compiled 44 tackles (17 solo) with 4.5 tackles for a loss and 3.0 sacks … Also broke up three passes and forced a fumble … Top game came against Black Hills State with 12 tackles, 2.0 TFL, and a sack.

2013: Appeared in 11 games with no starts… Posted 16 tackles (seven solo)… Helped Mines to the RMAC-best and the seventh-best scoring defense in the country (17.0)… Helped Mines to the 15th-best pass efficiency defense (107.21) in the country… Helped Mines to the 19th-best third-down defense (0.324) in the country.

2012: Appeared in nine games with no starts… Posted 13 tackles (four solo)… Recorded 0.5 tackle for loss (one yard)… Recorded one quarterback hurry… Forced one fumble.

2011: A 2011 Mines Football redshirt.

High School: Earned three letters in football...Named First Team All-Conference as a junior (LB)...Garnered First Team All-Conference (RB), Second Team All-Conference (DB) and Honorable Mention All-State (RB) recognition following his senior season...Selected as RVHS's Defensive MVP his junior year...Led the Mustangs to a pair of League titles (2008, 2010)...A two-time letterwinner in track & field...Helped guide the track team to a League championship in 2010...An Academic All-State performer in the classroom (2008-10).
