Mark Tindall served as the pitching coach for Mines baseball during the 2024-25 school year including the 2025 regular season.
Tindall arrived in Golden, Colo., following four seasons of professional baseball from 2021-24. His pro career started with the Houston Apollos of the American Association. In one season he posted a 4.50 ERA in 10 relief appearances with nine strikeouts across 12.0 innings of work. In 2022, Tindall signed with Trois-Rivieres Les Aigles (Quebec) of the Frontier League. One campaign there included two wins compared to one loss after coming out of the bullpen 31 times. He totaled 32 strikeouts compared to 24 walks in 40.0 innings pitched. In 2023 and 2024, the Texas native played for Robby Bales in the Pioneer League with the Northern Colorado Owlz. Overall, he accumulated 42 appearances including 30 starts, going 11-9 with one complete game. His 116 strikeouts and 80 walks were sprinkled across 162 innings on the mound. Collegiately, Tindall pitched at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, from 2017-21. In 2019 he was named Second-Team All-SCAC and earned 2019 Regional All-Tournament distinction.
