Otero JC: Two-year varsity letterman... batted .295 with two homeruns, 12 RBI and 15 runs scored in 2016... posted eight multi-hit games... turned nine double plays... hit .250 in 2015 with 19 runs scored and 17 RBI... stole 11 bases over his two years.

High School: Named All-District MVP during senior season at Carlsbad HS... First Team All-State as well... named All-District at shortstop during senior and junior seasons... helped team to 2012 State Championship... recieved Academic Honors Award from sophomore year on.
