2013: Scored in three races, including 39th at RMAC Championships (23:34.5) and 57th at NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships (23:02)...Opened 123rd of 222 at Stanford Invitational in 24:06...USTFCCCA All-Academic...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2012: One of two freshmen to compete in all six meets...Earned three top-40 finishes...Top freshman at NCAAs, finishing 33rd at regionals in 23:36 and 125th at national championships with 6K personal-best 22:36.2...Scoring runner at both Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational (52nd; 24:40.5) and OSU Cowboy Jamboree (46th; 19:37.25).

High School: Multiple state qualifier in cross country and track and field...Took 19th at OSSAA 6A State Cross Country Championships in 2010 and 28th in 2011...Half-marathon personal-best of 1:44:0...Had personal-record 2:28.87 in 800 and 11:54.51 in 3200, earning eighth place in latter at state meet in 2012.
