Grace Strongman joined the Oredigger cross country and track & field coaching staff prior to the fall of 2026 after a decorated college career for Mines.

Strongman competed for Mines cross country and track & field from 2021-26 and finished her career as the NCAA Division II 5K national champion. She was also the highest finishing Oredigger in program history at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships after a runner-up performance in the fall of 2025 - the same season she won the RMAC Cross Country Championships. Overall, Strongman was a six-time all-American for the Orediggers with numerous All-RMAC and all-region performances.
