Also ran at his first-ever RMAC Championships and claimed 10th place to help Mines win its second straight conference title and fourth RMAC crown in the last five years ... Clocked an 8,000-meter time of 24:42.6 at the conference race.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Air Academy in Colorado Springs where he competed in track & field and cross country ... Took 7th place at the 2018 Colorado 4A State Cross Country Championships and also placed 14th at the 2017 state championships ... Claimed silver at the track & field state championships in the 3,200-meter run while also taking fourth in the 1,600 meters ... Boasts a top cross country time of 15:44.9 ... Career best track & field marks include 4:21.0 in the 1,600 meters and 9:12.7 in the 3,200-meter run.
