2020: First-Team All-RMAC ... RMAC First-Team All-Academic ... Appeared in both of the Orediggers' races on the season ... Opened the year at the 5675 Time Trials against Colorado Christian and took third place after running 5,000 meters in 18:21.27 ... Finished 12th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships in a 6K time of 22:24.0 as Mines' second finisher while the team finished second overall to match the best team performance in program history.

2019: RMAC Academic Honor Roll ... D2ADA Academic Achievement Award ... Raced in four of Mines' six events for the season including the RMAC Championships ... Collegiate debut came in the season opener at the UCCS Rust-Buster, finishing 14th in 18:55.4 ... To performance of the year featured a sixth-place finish in a time of 18:08.1 at the FHSU Tiger Open ... Crossed the line in 31st at the conference championships, clocking 21:55.1 on the 6K course.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and cross country at Olentangy HS in Ohio ... Ran times of 2:26.56 in the 800 meters and 5:15.95 in the 1,600 meters ...  Placed 49th at the state cross country meet.
