2015: Second Team All-RMAC… second two of five events entered… finished 24th at RMAC Championships in a time of 23:02.9… also 24th at Rocky Mountain Shootout (23:28.5)… finished 28th at the Colorado College Invitational (24:07)… ended the season with a 47th-place showing at the NCAA DII South Central Championships (22:54.4) and 182nd at the NCAA Championships (23:01.4).

2014: Scored in four of initial five events...Had three top-40 efforts: career-best 22nd at Colorado College Invitational (24:26), 38th at Colorado State Invite (19:16) and 39th at FHSU Tiger Open (18:40.20)...Added 43rd at conference races in 24:50.70...Logged 53rd at NCAA regionals (24:42) and 167th of 249 in national championship debut (23:35.1).

2013: Scoring runner and top-three Mines finisher in four races...Ranked 38th at NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships (22:38) and 40th at RMAC Championships (23:40.7)...Took 40th at season-opening Colorado State Open in 19:40.70 and 60th of 222 at Stanford Invitational in 23:10. 

2012: Ran in four of six meets, including RMAC Championships, finishing 58th in 25:48.9...Timed 24:33.3 at 6K Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational (104th)...Placed 29th at Rocky Mountain Shootout (25:29) and 41st at 5K Colorado State Open (21:12.7). 

High School: Four-time WIAA State Championships cross country participant, taking 15th in 2011 in 20:53.
