2012: Named Second Team Academic All-RMAC... Named Capital One/CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District... Played in and started all 11 games… Finished seventh on the team with 59 tackles (31 solo)… Posted 2.0 tackles for loss (four yards)… Posted 0.5 sack… Recorded one interception… Seven pass break ups… Eight passes defended… Posted five or more tackles in seven contests… Season-high eight tackles on two occasions. 

2011: Appeared in 11 games with seven starts… Finished season sixth on the team with 47 tackles (29 solo)… Registered 4.5 tackles for loss… Tied for fourth on the team with two sacks… Intercepted one pass… Posted two pass breakups… Recovered one fumble… Named to the CSM Honor Roll in the spring of 2012… Named a CSM Bronze Scholar in the fall of 2011.

Colorado State University: Attended Colorado State University during his undergraduate career (2007-08 to 2010-11)...Competed for the Rams during the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 seasons...Redshirted as a true freshman in 2007...Missed the entire season in 2008 (knee injury) when the Rams competed in the New Mexico Bowl...Played in all 12 games in 2009 and recorded 10 total tackles (all solo)...Played in all 12 games in 2010 and had five total stops (three solo)...Earned Academic All-MWC honors...Earned his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from CSU...Pursuing his graduate degree in Chemistry from Colorado School of Mines.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Lakewood High School...Earned three letters in football...A 2006 Wendy's High School Heisman nominee...Twice recognized as a First Team All-League and All-City performer on both sides of the ball (RB and LB)...Garnered All-State and All-Colorado honors following his senior season...Earned three letters on the track & field team (100-meter dash, long jump)...Holds the LHS record for 100-meter dash...A 2007 Iron Man recipient...Member of the National Honor Society.
