Biography

2017: Captain … Honorable Mention All-RMAC ... Started all 47 games in centerfield … Hit .347 and slugged .441 out of the leadoff spot, scoring 31 runs with a team-high 59 hits … Drove in 23 and had nine doubles, two triples, and a home run … Stole six bases in seven attempts … One of the top defensive players in the RMAC, had a .977 fielding percentage with five outfield assists and started four double plays from center … Ended career fourth all-time at Mines in batting average (.369), fourth in hits (239) and at-bats (647), fifth in runs (134), sixth in doubles (39), and tied for the career steals record at 45.

2016: Captain … Second-Team All-RMAC … Mines SAAC Athlete of the Month for April …Started 36 games in centerfield ... Was Mines’ lead-off hitter in all 36 games played … Hit .358 and slugged .489 … Drove in 24 runs and scored 30 … Smacked 13 doubles, a triple, and hit a home run in the RMAC Tournament … Went 4-for-6 on stolen bases … Compiled three outfield assists.

2015: Second-Team All-RMAC … Preseason All-RMAC … Started all 49 games in centerfield … One of only two Mines players (along with Pua Fujinaga) to start every game at one position … Ranked fourth in the RMAC with 69 hits and seventh with 23 stolen bases … Lead-off batter was Mines’ top producer at the plate with a .392/.413/.466 slash … Ended the season on a seven-game hitting streak and had a team-best 11-gamer midseason … Recorded 69 hits and 26 RBI … Scored a team-high 32 runs … Had eight doubles, a triple, and a home run … Drew seven walks … Was caught stealing only once for a 23-for-24 clip.

2014: Lone freshman to start all 45 games...Ranked fourth in RMAC in triples (4), 12th in hits (62), 13th in stolen bases (12), 14th in average (.378) and 15th in runs (41)...Shared team lead with 62 hits, recording 21 multi-hit games and Mines-best eight three-hit efforts at leadoff...Had team-best 14-game hitting streak – fourth-longest in program archives – with nine games of two or more hits to end season...Hit first collegiate home run – one-out grand slam – against UC-Colorado Springs (2/22), going 2-for-4 with season-high four RBI...Batted 3-for-5 with two doubles, one RBI and team season-best four runs at Regis (3/24)...Third Team All-RMAC.
