2014-15: Indoor Track & Field – Timed trio of runner-up results, including DMR provisional 12:17.81 at RMAC races...Scored seventh in mile in 5:30.42...Added second in mile (5:15.54) at Joe Davies Open and DMR (12:38.63) at CSM Division II Invite...USTFCCCA All-South Central Region and Second Team All-RMAC (DMR)...RMAC First Team All-Academic. Outdoor Track & Field – USTFCCCA All-American and All-South Central Region, debuting seventh in steeplechase at national meet in program-best 10:27.21...Ran first at Mt. SAC Relays (10:28.20); third at Kit Mayer Memorial Open (11:21.82) and sixth at RMACs (11:14.61) – all provisional standards...RMAC First Team All-Academic...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2013-14: Indoor Track & Field – Ran top-10 in four of five races, including third in 800 (2:32.45) at CSM Twilight Open and fourth in mile (5:34.10) at Joe Davies Open...Placed ninth in mile (5:39.90) and 12th in 800 (2:25.63) at conference championships...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field – Earned fourth in steeplechase at Colorado Invitational (11:55.93) and 11th at RMAC races (12:26.80)...Sat third in 1500 at CSM Pre-Conference Open in 5:05.86...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2012-13: Indoor Track & Field – Recorded four top-10 times...Finished sixth in 3000 (10:58.60) at Joe Davies Collegiate Open, seventh in 3000 (10:52.79) at New Mexico Collegiate Classic and seventh in mile (5:40.79) at Potts Indoor Invitational...Third Team All-RMAC with DMR, placing third at RMAC Championships in Division II provisional 12:22.17. Outdoor Track & Field – Crossed sixth in 1500 at Mines Division II Front Range Invitational in 5:04.86.

High School: Multiple state qualifier in cross country and track and field...Took 19th at OSSAA 6A State Cross Country Championships in 2010 and 28th in 2011...Half-marathon personal-best of 1:44:0...Had personal-record 2:28.87 in 800 and 11:54.51 in 3200, earning eighth place in latter at state meet in 2012.
