2016-17: Indoor Track & Field - USTFCCCA First-Team All-America as a member of the distance medley relay … Finished seventh in the DMR at NCAAs, helping set a program record of 9:51.18 … First-Team All-RMAC, 400m … Second-Team All-RMAC as a member of the 4x400 relay … Was the RMAC silver medalist in the 400 and anchored the 4x400 to the same … Ran a season-best 48.66 at 400m … Won the 400m at the Mines Twilight. Outdoor Track & Field - RMAC gold medalist in the 4x400 relay … First-Team All-RMAC in both the 400m and 4x400 … Ran career bests in both the 200m (21.84) and 400m (47.61) during the season … Won the 400m at the CMU Invite, CSU-Pueblo Open, and Cal State L.A. 2015-16: Indoor Track & Field – Second Team All-RMAC in 4x400m relay (3:22.02) with runner-up finish… Competed in six different meets… 10 top-five finishes primarily between 4x400m relay and 400m… took first in 400m at Joe Davies Open in time of 51:03… ran top time in event at RMAC Championships for fifth-place finish in a time of 50.43. Outdoor Track & Field – Qualified for NCAA DII Championships in 4x400m where he finished 14th (3:12.14)… Second Team All-RMAC in the event (3:14.13)…  member of second fastest 4x400m relay time in program history of 3:11.00 which was set at CSM Sunday Last Chance… competed in six meets… took first and set personal-best in 400m at CSM Nature’s Bakery Invite in time of 48.13.

2014-15: Indoor Track & Field – Owned one win and six top-three times...Won 4x400 (3:28.43) and ran third in 400 (51.75) at Joe Davies Open...Added runner-up with 4x400 at CSM Division II Invite (3:27.41), and placed third at both Alumni Open (3:34.08) and Birds and Bees Invitational (3:25.79)...Debuted 10th in RMAC 400 race in 50.58. Outdoor Track & Field – Compiled 11 top-five results...Had quartet of top-five tallies at CSM Pre-Conference Invite: 400 (1st; 49.13), 4x100 (2nd; 42.60), 4x400 (2nd; 3:27.55) and 200 (4th; 23.04)...Scored runner-up with 4x400 (3:18.25) and seventh in 400 (49.20) at conference meet...Second Team All-RMAC.
