2013-14: Indoor Track & Field – Ran three top-10 times, including third in 3000 at Birds and Bees Invitational (11:04.51) and fifth at CSM Twilight Open (11:01.01)...Sat seventh in mile at Joe Davies Open in 5:47.05...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field – Earned third in 1500 (5:09.42) at Front Range Open, third in 3000 (10:59.31) at Colorado Invitational and fifth in 5000 (20:50.28) at CSM Pre-Conference Open...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2012-13: Indoor Track & Field – Recorded three top-12 mile efforts...Ranked sixth at Potts Indoor Invitational (5:36.95), eighth at RMAC Championships in season-best 5:26.51 and 12th at Joe Davies Collegiate Open (5:37.97)...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field – Placed seventh in 1500 at Mines Pre Conference Open in 5:06.70 and 13th at conference championships in 5:00.80...RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12: Indoor Track & Field – Had season-best 2:27.47 in 800 at RMAC races, placing 21st. Outdoor Track & Field – Finished 10th in 3000 steeplechase (13:07.73) and 19th in 1500 (5:17.72) at RMAC Championships...Timed season-bests in 1500 (5:08.07) at Mines Pre-Conference Meet and steeplechase (12:41.46) at CU Invitational.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field...Qualified for 2008 state cross country championships...Finished sixth in 300 hurdles at state meet in 2009...Earned one letter in diving during junior year...Part of Rampart High School Top Ten...Named Outstanding Academic Athlete (2008-10).
