2014-15: Indoor Track & Field – Did not compete. Outdoor Track & Field – Toed start line in steeplechase at CSM Pre-Conference Invite.

2013-14: Indoor Track & Field – Ran 11th in 3000 at Birds and Bees Invitational (9:20.12) and 17th at Joe Davies Open (9:26.65). Outdoor Track & Field – Earned runner-up in steeplechase at CSM Pre-Conference Open (10:10.17) and fifth at Colorado Invitational (10:04.15)...Debuted 11th at RMAC Championships in 10:26.80. 

2012-13: Indoor Track & Field – Timed fifth-place finishes in 3000 (9:30.86) at Potts Indoor Invitational and 5000 (16:06.75) at CSM Twilight Collegiate Open. Outdoor Track & Field – Had three top-five times in steeplechase...Crossed runner-up at both Mines Division II Front Range Invitational (10:11.17) and Mines Pre-Conference Open (10:02.46)...Placed third with 4x400 (3:48.40) at Mines Pre-Conference.

2011-12: Indoor Track & Field – Finished fourth in mile at Air Force Invitational in 4:57.03 and 19th in 800 at CSM Twilight Collegiate Open in 2:11.62. Outdoor Track & Field – Claimed 13th in steeplechase at CSU-Pueblo Open in 10:56.47.

2010-11: Indoor Track & Field – Redshirted. Outdoor Track & Field – Redshirted.

High School: Two-year letterwinner...Lettered three seasons in cross country...Three-time first team all-district, leading team to district championships in 2006, 2007 and 2008...Named "Runner to Watch" in 2009 Cross Country Preview edition of VYPE magazine...Timed two National Elite Silver Standard Qualifying marks and one National Elite Gold Standard Qualifying time.
