Cameron Naseman joined the Mines Sports Performance staff as its assistant director in spring 2026. Naseman arrived at Mines with a variety of experience at the collegiate and private levels, most recently as assistant director of sports performance at VTool Elite Development since 2023. Prior to that, he worked with his alma mater, Colorado State, first as an intern and later as an assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Rams' football program.

Naseman has a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science from Colorado State and holds NSCA-CSCS and Universal Speed certifications.
