GOLDEN, Colo. – Junior Nathanael Williams and the women's DMR team of the Colorado School of Mines set blazing times on the opening day of the 2016 Joe Davies Open on Friday, February 19 in Steinhauer Fieldhouse.
First, Williams finished second overall in the men's 5000m with a 14:54.96 which after the altitude conversion will likely place him seventh in the nation and almost assuredly secures himself of a spot at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships on March 11-12 in Pittsburg, Kan.
