COLORADO SPRINGS - Coming off a superlative performance at CSU Pueblo on Saturday, Colorado School of Mines linebacker Nolan Reeve is the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week.

Reeve was a force for the Orediggers (9-1, 7-1 RMAC) in its 28-12 road win, causing two strip-sack fumbles among three sacks overall with nine total tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss in the game. Seven of Reeve's nine stops were solo. Reeve had a strip sack on the opening drive of the game to halt CSUP at midfield, then had another one just outside of the red zone in the middle of the third quarter in a one-possession game.

This season, Reeve leads the RMAC with 9.5 sacks and is third with 13.5 tackles for loss among his 61 total tackles. He is the ninth different Oredigger to earn an RMAC Player of the Week award this season and the third to win the defensive honor joining Jaden Williams (Week 5) and Mack Minnehan (Week 6).

Mines finishes the regular season at home Saturday against Adams State at noon.
